On April 6, 2010, the International Press Center of the Foreign Ministry invited Zhang Yansheng, Director of the Foreign Economic Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission and Ba Shusong, Deputy Director of the Finance Research Institute of the State Council Research Center to hold a briefing on such topics as the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism reform and RMB appreciation with the theme of "China's financial reform in the post-crisis era". Jiang Yu, Deputy Director-General of the Information Department chaired the briefing.
